We provide a personal service. We can accompany all viewings to suit our prospective tenant, We offer Early Morning, Evening & weekend viewings.

Opening/viewing hours

We are open at times to suit our clients however we undertake accompanied viewings during and outside our opening times convenient for appointments before and after work and at weekends.

9am to 5.30pm Monday - Friday
10am to 3pm Saturdays

Property Management

Our tailor made, comprehensive property management is an essential part of our core business. After finding you a tenant we look after them and you throughout the tenancy. That includes everything from collecting rent and handling all administration, to assistance with more complex issues.

Rent Guarantee

We help safeguards your investment by including a Rental Guarantee Scheme on the initial period of the Tenancy. The scheme acts as insurance and runs concurrent with the period of the agreement. The cover indemnifies you the Landlord against any loss of rental income caused by the Tenant's failure to pay. In the event of a claim, the rent will be paid until we obtain vacant procession of the property, bar one months excess.As stipulated in the Tenancy Agreement this excess can be deducted from the Tenant's deposit, assuming there are no dilapidations caused by the Tenants. During an eviction period (after two months arrears) the insurance will also cover any legal costs incurred in the initial period of Tenancy. Premiums for the Rental Guarantee Scheme are included in our let and re-let fees. Rent Smart can advise on buildings and contents insurance, with the premiums being deducted from the first months rent.
