Lucie Waddington, Assistant Property Manager
Lucie joined Rent Smart in 2009 on a full time basis leaving her PR Career behind to work in the property management sector. Lucie's key roll is dealing with customer service enquiries & prospective tenant application assessments, as well as dealing with all aspects of the day to day running's of the office, Lucie is training to become a property Manger for Rent Smart. Amanda MacDougall Head of Accounts
Amanda is a fully trained accountant who is accredited with “The Association of Accounting Technicians” she also holds a H.N.D in professional accountancy and deals with all aspects of the in house day to day accounts. She joined Rent Smart In May 2010. Amanda will be happy to assist you with any accounts enquiries.

Adam Robinson, Lettings Manager
Adam has worked within the property sector throughout his entire career in mainly sales led roles & holds over 15years experience within both residential & commercial property lettings & management. Adam’s role at Rent-Smart is to head up residential business development dealing with all aspects of valuation, new instructions, portfolio transfers and listing new properties. Adam is the first point of contact for Landlord relations and strives to provide an affective service for every landlord who instructs their property with us. Daniel Holt, Group Director
Daniel Holt is an experienced landlord within the residential & commercial sector & owns a portfolio of properties across the North West. Daniel Joined The Rent Smart Group of Companies in February 2008 after selling his mortgage brokers franchise & Estate Agency Practise. Daniel has a wealth of knowledge in property finance and is a quailed financial adviser. Daniel currently runs our property lettings department and deals with all aspects of prospective tenant enquiries, viewings & property inspections along with ongoing tenant relations & customer service. Daniel will liaise with landlords on viewing feedback & offers a proactive lettings service for our clients
