You can by the administration fee by cash, cheque, BACS or card payment, we also take card payments over the phone.
  3. The processing time of the application normally takes around five working days also if you would prefer to arrange an appointment to fill out your application at our office with one of our trained staff our use our photo copy facilities we will be delighted to arrange this for you. Once successful & the bond has been paid we will arrange a move in date for you and remove the property from our website and terminate any further viewings with other prospective tenants.
  4. If the application is not successful providing all the information given to us by you is correct we can in most cases offer a full refund or alternatively transfer your application to another one of our listed properties which maybe less expensive or offer less stringent prospective tenant policies.
