How to apply

  1. After you have viewed the property you would like to take, please download a copy of our easy to fill in application form by clicking on the download box below alternatively you can request a copy to be emailed or posted to you. Once received please fill in all the required fields within the application.
  2. Once we have received back your application form along with three months bank statements, most recent pay slip, resent utility bill & photo ID along with the processing administration fee of £150.00 inc VAT, we will then require a past landlord reference and employment reference plus a credit check before your application can be approved. You can by the administration fee by cash, cheque, BACS or card payment, we also take card payments over the phone.
  3. The processing time of the application normally takes around five working days also if you would prefer to arrange an appointment to fill out your application at our office with one of our trained staff our use our photo copy facilities we will be delighted to arrange this for you. Once successful & the bond has been paid we will arrange a move in date for you and remove the property from our website and terminate any further viewings with other prospective tenants.
  4. If the application is not successful providing all the information given to us by you is correct we can in most cases offer a full refund or alternatively transfer your application to another one of our listed properties which maybe less expensive or offer less stringent prospective tenant policies. So your in safe hands!
